Sales Development Associate 1

Overview

The Sales Development Associate is an essential member of the Inside Sales team, generating early-stage pipeline through proactive outbound outreach and collaboration with Business Development and service-line teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social channels, and intent-based tools.
• Run business and technical discovery sessions to articulate a tailored value proposition.
• Schedule introductory meetings for Business Development and Account Management stakeholders.
• Maintain high outreach activity levels using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Support go-to-market activities such as webinars and events with outbound follow-up.
• Document activities and handoff details in CRM and maintain accurate CRM data.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and continuous learning.
• Curiosity and interest in professional services, accounting, or consulting industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
