Sales Development Representative - German speaking

Overview

Sales Development Representative supporting the German-speaking market by prospecting named accounts, following up on inbound leads, and generating qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.

What you'll do

• Research predefined named accounts.
• Develop and nurture leads through the sales process.
• Track activities and maintain Salesforce and Outreach databases.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, social, and video.
• Identify and nurture leads to generate quality Sales Qualified Opportunities.
• Execute SDR activities against weekly KPIs.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives and complete follow-ups.

What you'll need

• Be based in Berlin.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have native German proficiency.
• Have previous social selling experience.
• Write compelling messages and tell effective stories.
• Demonstrate curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative.
• Show a passion for solving organizational problems with SaaS offerings.
