Sales Executive

Overview

Lead full-cycle outbound sales for G-P's global Employer of Record platform, driving new-logo acquisition across AMER accounts. Build pipeline, manage complex B2B SaaS sales cycles, and close deals against monthly targets.

What you'll do

• Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting across target AMER accounts.
• Build relationships from operational champions to C-level buyers.
• Present G-P's global hiring value proposition.
• Lead sales cycles from cold outreach through deal closure.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Use generative AI and sales technology to improve prospecting and sales velocity.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years in full-cycle, outbound-focused B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with modern generative AI tools.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and complex buyer dynamics.

Nice to have

• Experience selling HR Tech, Employer of Record, global payroll, or workforce management solutions.
• Familiarity with Gong, Clari, Cognism, or Outreach.

Details

• Remote-first role in the United States.
• Full-time regular employees are eligible for commission.
• Annual gross base salary is $68,000–$85,000 plus variable compensation.
