Sales Executive

Overview

Sales Executive responsible for driving sales growth, customer acquisition, market penetration, and business development in an assigned territory for Unilever Food Solutions.

What you'll do

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Grow primary and secondary sales and increase product penetration across customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with HoReCa, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens, and food service distributors.
• Coordinate regular customer visits, handle concerns, and resolve issues timely.
• Manage distributor performance by driving offtake, ensuring stock availability, and reviewing business.
• Execute promotional programs and maintain visibility and merchandising standards.
• Plan daily market visits, maintain records, track KPIs, and take corrective actions.

What you'll need

• Experience delivering sales targets on a recurring basis.
• Ability to build relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and purchasing managers.
• Ability to work with distributors to manage inventory, receivables, and investments.
• Experience promoting food solutions products and converting trials into business.
• Skills to execute territory route planning and maintain a customer database and sales records.
