Overview

Sales Executive role focused on driving customer relationships and optimizing base sales, new product/innovation (NPD), and promotions.

What you'll do

• Ensure maximum retail visibility and optimum shelf availability using merchandising techniques.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Handle point-of-buying materials placement and implementation.
• Report on sales and field activities.
• Deliver field KPIs and meet annual objectives.
• Ensure great retailer visibility and deliver sales capabilities.

What you'll need

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Sales experience is required, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
• Perseverance and attention to details.
• Graduate or postgraduate (full-time) education.
