Position Overview: The Sales Head will be responsible for the overall sales of range of Flats. Being in a senior leadership role responsible for leading the sales efforts related to residential apartment units within a real estate development. This role involves setting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Head plays a crucial role in driving revenue generation, establishing customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the real estate project.

Relevant Experience: Min 5 years , Max 12 years

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales, particularly in residential apartment sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and residential property trends.
• Familiarity with sales technologies and CRM systems.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and evolving buyer preferences.
