About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong negotiation skills, lead generation expertise, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and deal closure
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to CRM Management and Sales Target Achievement
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the leadership team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales management role
  • Strong Negotiation Skills and ability to close deals
  • Proficient in Lead Generation and Sales and Business Development
  • Expertise in deal closure and CRM Management
  • Proven track record of achieving Sales Targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
