Sales Manager

Overview

Sales Manager responsible for driving hotel sales through lead development, account management, networking, and competitor monitoring.

What you'll do

• Achieve daily targeted sales calls with effectiveness.
• Develop business leads for the hotel on a weekly basis.
• Prepare monthly account lists for penetration for the following month.
• Plan at least 2 site inspections/entertainment meetings per week with qualified potential or new accounts.
• Perform monthly reviews of account profiles on room nights production and average rate.
• Monitor competitors’ rate strategy, account penetration, and marketing activities.
• Negotiate to achieve the best profit and rates for the hotel.

What you'll need

• Manage accounts, including contracting, updating profiles, and renewing contracts.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and perform meet-and-greet accordingly.
• Upsell and cross-sell hotel facilities and services to maximize sales revenue.
• Attend client and local community business events for networking.
• Update the Director of Sales & Marketing on market trends and business leads.
