Sales Manager, Digital Natives

Overview

Sales Manager for OpenAI’s Digital Natives vertical, leading senior Account Directors to land and expand the company’s largest digital-native customers.

What you'll do

• Recruit and develop a team of Account Directors.
• Build a coaching culture with rigorous deal reviews, structured 1:1s, and performance standards.
• Define GTM strategy, deal strategy, and operating cadence for the vertical.
• Manage pipeline and forecasts with high data integrity.
• Lead enterprise opportunities spanning APIs, platform integrations, and AI-enabled product innovation.
• Partner with security, legal, and compliance to navigate enterprise environments.

What you'll need

• 15+ years in enterprise sales or GTM leadership with significant front-line management experience.
• Proven success leading enterprise motions in high-growth, technical markets.
• Experience building or scaling verticalized sales teams.
• Track record closing and expanding complex, multi-million dollar enterprise opportunities.
• Strong data-driven sales management and operational rigor.
• Technical fluency with APIs, platform architecture, and AI/ML concepts.
