What you'll do

• Drive business growth for Evaporation Systems across the India cluster region.
• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities in food/Dairy/Pharma industries.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, engineering companies, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute market growth plans for assigned product portfolios.
• Collaborate with technical and application specialists and relevant internal teams to develop customer solutions.
• Own the commercial sales process from lead generation through negotiation and order intake.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data using a structured sales approach.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of proven sales experience in Evaporation Technology, project sales, and capital equipment sales.
• Advanced experience with CRM software to manage sales funnels and track KPIs.
• Proven ability to use digital tools (industrial databases) and networking to source high-value leads.
• Understanding of process knowledge for Evaporation and heat & mass transfer technologies.
• Commercial acumen to understand customer challenges and provide value-based solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical/mechanical/management or diploma (added advantage).
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
