Overview

Sales Manager role focused on acquiring new mortgage and loan against property business through the open market and managing a network of direct sales agencies (DSAs).

What you'll do

• Increase acquisition of target clientele across mortgage and loan against property segments.
• Be responsible for new business acquisition through open market.
• Build and strengthen a strong network of direct sales agencies in the market.
• Discuss files with DSAs on a regular basis.
• Manage DSAs and empanel new DSAs.

What you'll need

• Strong network of DSAs in the market: at least 10 DSAs with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.
• Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment.
• In-depth knowledge of product and policy.
• Good communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of market updates.
• Awareness and information about the competition.
