What you'll do

• Build strong customer connections at appropriate levels.
• Own the sales target for HV Switchgears business in Zone North.
• Carry out pre-sales business development with technical specifications and marketing activities.
• Promote the portfolio across segments such as Industries, Utilities and EPCs.
• Monitor order execution and support the project handling team to execute orders.
• Collect payments as per forecast.
• Report in required tools such as SFDC.
• Attend to and resolve customer complaints.
• Follow Safety, Quality and Integrity practices.
