Sales Manager – Premium Banking

Overview

Sales Manager for Premium Banking in Bangalore, focused on acquiring and onboarding new customers using open-market leads, referrals, and group/family sources, then transitioning customers to branch banking and managing portfolio growth.

What you'll do

• Acquire target clientele across Advantage Banking segments.
• Assist Advantage Banking with approved local sales drives (micro events).
• Source new savings accounts via open market lead generation and closure.
• Onboard customers to enable smooth transition to branch banking team.
• Build and deepen relationships, including cross-sell/transition-to-RM activities for investment and insurance sales.
• Drive third-party distribution (insurance, auto loans, mortgages) and fee income growth in line with targets.
• Ensure retention through service delivery, monitoring high net worth accounts, and reactivating inactive/depleted accounts.

What you'll need

• Prior experience in new-to-bank acquisition of savings accounts via open market lead generation and closure.
• Experience in successful onboarding of customers for transition to branch banking team.
• Knowledge of products and policies.
• Communication skills.
