Sales Officer

About the role

We're hiring a Sales Officer to join our team in Bulanshahr. As a fresher, you'll be the face of our brand, building relationships with customers and driving sales growth through direct engagement and follow-ups.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, visits, and follow-ups
• Present product features and benefits to prospective clients in a compelling way
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with the team to understand market feedback and contribute to sales strategy improvements

What we're looking for

• Fresher or minimal sales experience; willingness to learn and grow is essential
• Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, confident demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle rejection positively, and stay motivated

Nice to have

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or any direct sales role
• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
• Knowledge of product categories relevant to our business
