Sales Operations Associate

Overview

Support sales operations through data management, reporting, sales enablement, customer portal administration, and promotional data activities.

What you'll do

• Support license training, pricing, budgeting, and negotiation activities.
• Extract, prepare, and analyze SKU-level data from Circana and internal sources.
• Prepare recommendation decks, master lists, templates, and content updates.
• Upload, modify, and remove items on customer portals.
• Maintain promotional information and account-specific Excel files.
• Perform quality checks and resolve data discrepancies and portal access issues.
• Standardize, optimize, and automate recurring data maintenance processes.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, data management, MIS reporting, or similar analytical support.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Sales enablement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel lookups, pivots, and data cleaning.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-checking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
