Sales Operations Associate

Overview

Sales Operations Associate supporting sales administration, data management, sales enablement, and process-driven operational support for sales teams.

What you'll do

• Support licensing, training, pricing, budgeting, and negotiation activities.
• Extract, prepare, and analyze SKU-level data from Circana and internal sources.
• Prepare recommendation decks, master lists, templates, and client-specific outputs.
• Upload, modify, and remove items on customer portals with quality checks.
• Maintain promotional information and upload promotional details across assigned accounts.
• Resolve portal access issues and account-specific requirements with internal and retailer teams.
• Standardize, optimize, and improve recurring data maintenance processes.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in sales operations, data management, MIS reporting, or analytical support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivots, and data cleaning.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables under tight timelines.
