Sales Representative Underground Construction

Overview

Sales Representative for underground waterproofing solutions, covering market analysis, project-level specifications, customer partnerships, and technical sales support across Ukraine.

What you'll do

• Analyze the construction market and identify projects in concept and design stages.
• Ensure Sika solutions and systems are specified in project documentation.
• Develop partnerships to implement Sika solutions in projects.
• Drive active sales by managing and expanding existing and prospective customer portfolios.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to project requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain CRM reporting in Salesforce.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in construction materials sales.
• Experience working with design/project documentation and CAD systems.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Intermediate English level.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Higher technical education.
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and proactive mindset.
