Sales Support Engineer

Overview

Sales Support Engineer supporting sales in preparing high-quality proposals and quotations for automation systems for the Asia Pacific region.

What you'll do

• Support delivery of proposals and quotations for automation systems (DCS, QCS, analyzers/measurements).
• Collaborate with internal experts to understand customer requirements and gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Assist in compiling structured offers for investment projects, upgrades, and rebuilds.
• Prepare technical proposals and customer solutions with global/area/country teams.
• Maintain records and provide updates on proposal activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with vendors and the purchase team to optimize costs for bought-outs.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing accurate quotations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation technology.
• 2-5 years of experience in an automation sector with DCS/PLC systems.
• Preferably experience in the pulp and paper sector.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Presentation and facilitation skills.
