Sales Team Lead - Pune (QR and Soundbox Segment)

Overview

Lead a sales team in Pune to grow distribution and market share of Paytm's QR and Soundbox products among merchants across assigned locations.

What you'll do

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Drive extensive QR and Soundbox deployment and product sales to take accountability for visibility.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE coverage.
• Devise methods for communicating plans and targets to the team to minimize the gap between expectations and delivery.
• Monitor quality parameters as suggested by management.
• Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure team members are in the market where sales and usage are done regularly.
