Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

Salesforce Business Analyst role working with stakeholders to elicit requirements, analyze needs, and propose IT solutions, ensuring delivered outcomes match requirements.

What you'll do

• Elicit requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes for Salesforce and/or Workday.
• Translate business requirements into viable IT solutions and tangible business benefits.
• Develop functional and non-functional documentation including BRDs, RFPs, DRSs, and USs with acceptance criteria.
• Support development and testing during build and test phases.
• Act as a link between business stakeholders and developers.
• Assist with smooth transition of solutions into the production environment.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience working as an IT business analyst.
• Experience in the financial services / funds industry.
• Project delivery experience within Salesforce or Workday within the last 4 years.
• Knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Experience producing high-quality business analysis documentation in a changing environment.
• Stakeholder management skills.
