Overview
Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Quote-to-Cash) for the Go-to-Market Applications team, partnering with business and engineering to build scalable Salesforce solutions for quote, order, and revenue processes.
What you'll do
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and prioritize competing requests with sales, channel, finance, and revenue operations stakeholders.
- Own functional deliverables end to end: process definition, requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional design, test planning and execution, training, and post-launch support.
- Drive pre-research by analyzing data, validating assumptions, and identifying trends.
- Assess systemic impact across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including downstream effects on provisioning, entitlements, billing, and reporting.
- Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve requirements, user stories, functional designs, test cases, and recommendations.
- Apply AI capabilities within Salesforce (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein) to reduce manual effort for sellers and partners.
- Independently facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain process and design documentation.
What you'll need
- 5+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting SaaS business systems.
- At least 2 years hands-on with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud (or another CPQ application).
- Working knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle (products and price books, quoting and approvals, amendments and renewals, orders, and handoff to billing).
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve throughput and decision-making with examples.
- Ability to synthesize ambiguous input into clear requirements and evaluate trade-offs.
- Comfort working directly with data (reports/dashboards, queries/extracts).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience influencing senior leadership.
