Salesforce Commerce Cloud-L2 Analyst

Overview

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) / Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) L2 Analyst supporting incident triage, monitoring, and first-level analysis for eCommerce and integrations.

What you'll do

• Triage and diagnose incidents for storefront availability, cart, checkout, pricing/promotions, product display, search, and order flows.
• Monitor site performance, order processing, and integration jobs, and raise alerts on anomalies within agreed SLA windows.
• Investigate payment service provider (PSP) integrations, PSP callbacks, tax and fraud screening, and checkout errors.
• Perform first-level analysis of integration flows with PIM, DAM, ERP/OMS, and fulfillment systems via middleware.
• Reproduce defects in staging/sandbox, capture logs, and prepare escalation packages for L3.
• Support content and merchandising business-as-usual when incidents are content related.
• Track scheduled batch jobs and data feeds; identify failures and coordinate re-runs with L3/operations.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud architecture, including SFRA, and awareness of composable/headless storefronts and APIs.
• Solid understanding of core eCommerce concepts: catalog, pricing, promotions, cart/checkout, and order management.
• Experience with Business Manager administration, configuration, and log analysis.
• Experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) in an SLA-driven incident management model.
• Basic exposure to JavaScript/Node.js concepts to support diagnosis and read application logs.
• Understanding of payment gateway, tax, and fraud-prevention integrations in an eCommerce context.
• Good written and spoken English.
