Salesforce CRM Specialist

Overview

Salesforce CRM Specialist to join the GTM Salesforce team, owning implementation, configuration, and ongoing CRM operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage project execution, including planning, prioritization, and on-time delivery.
• Implement, configure, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions supporting GTM processes.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and support process improvements.
• Support and optimize integrations with GTM third-party applications.
• Manage delivery activities using Jira and Copado, including tracking and requirement documentation.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and identify opportunities for CRM process optimization.

What you'll need

• At least 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce project management for multiple streams and fast-paced delivery.
• Experience with GTM applications and integrations including Gong, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Marketo, 6sense, LeanData, and Workato.
• Experience with Jira for requirement tracking and delivery coordination.
• Experience with Copado (or similar) for Salesforce release management.
• B.A. degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Experience building AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI automation platforms.
