Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer

Overview

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer role focused on building and maintaining email and automation journeys, personalization, data extensions, and campaigns in Marketing Cloud.

What you'll do

• Build and configure journeys in Journey Builder per approved user stories.
• Create automations in Automation Studio based on approved user stories.
• Develop AMPscript/SSJS personalization and dynamic content for email and other channel templates.
• Build and maintain data extensions, SQL query activities, and contact/subscriber data models.
• Create and QA one-shot and always-on campaigns across markets and languages.
• Support integration testing between CRM/Commerce platforms and Marketing Cloud using MC Connect and APIs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot campaign KPIs such as deliverability, opens, clicks, and bounce rate.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder/Data Extensions.
• Working knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
• Experience with API-based integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM/Commerce platforms.
• Understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization best practices.
• Experience with version control and release processes for Marketing Cloud assets.
• Good written and spoken English.
