Overview

Senior Associate role in PwC Acceleration Center India delivering Salesforce solutions for clients, focused on revenue accounting and Commercial & Service Excellence engagements.

What you'll do

• Manage Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to enhance client service capabilities.
• Develop and execute project plans for Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce applications.
• Lead the integration of enterprise software and IT infrastructure with Salesforce platforms.
• Design innovative solutions to optimize business processes and improve system efficiency.
• Provide technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and customization.
• Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation to meet client objectives.
• Create and deliver training materials to facilitate user adoption and system utilization.
• Embrace emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
• Support business model development and process standardization initiatives within client engagements.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• At least one of: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.
• Analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges.
• Ability to implement technology solutions to enhance business processes.
• Experience developing training materials for Salesforce applications.
• Embracing change and innovation in technology integration.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems.
• Basic understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Familiarity with revenue management tools like Zuora Revenue, RevStream, RightRev, or Oracle RMCS.
• Exposure to Salesforce and its role in supporting upstream business processes.
• Experience integrating data between systems, particularly ERP and revenue management tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business processes and requirements.
• Exposure to certifications like Zuora Revenue/Billing or Oracle RMCS.
