Salesforce Solution Architect, Revenue Cloud

Overview

Lead the design, implementation, and technical delivery of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions. Partner with business and technical teams to modernize Quote-to-Cash processes and deliver scalable solutions.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for CPQ and invoicing.
• Create architectural blueprints covering integrations, customizations, and configurations.
• Analyze and improve product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows.
• Lead implementation activities across design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems and data migrations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance.
• Identify opportunities for Salesforce workflow and operational improvements.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years specializing in CPQ and Billing projects.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to mentor cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript.
• Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I certification.

Details

• Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.
• Travel may be required, up to 25%.
