SAP COE Quote to Cash 3PL Expert provides Application Management Services (AMS) support for end-to-end Q2C logistics processes involving third-party logistics (3PL) operations.

What you'll do

• Deliver L2/L3 AMS support for Q2C logistics processes involving 3PL operations.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management for Q2C-logistics issues, adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor and support integrations with 3PL providers (shipment execution, freight billing, proof of delivery, and carrier settlement).
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring logistics, interface, and billing issues and implement corrective solutions.
• Support month-end/period-end activities including billing accuracy validation and revenue reconciliation.
• Manage logistics-related master data and transactional data impacting Q2C flows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external 3PL partners to resolve issues and enable smooth execution.
