SAP FI/CO Team Lead Specialist

Overview

SAP FI/CO Team Lead Specialist role providing technical expertise for end-to-end finance projects and leading the Finance & Accounting (F&A) IT team.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting (F&A) IT team with technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Implement best practices and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment with cross-functional partnership.
• Lead financial projects and support SAP FI/CO configuration and customization initiatives.
• Monitor and improve service delivery to meet expected SLAs and reduce high-ticket volumes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for financial projects via SOX control reporting and completion of required global compliance training.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10+ years implementing and supporting SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on SAP configuration and customization with FI and CO modules.
• Minimum 7+ years IT experience supporting finance and controlling, accounting, treasury, or tax functions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience to guide teams effectively.
