SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Overview

SAP FICO Functional Consultant acting as a liaison between Finance business processes and SAP IT systems, focusing on SAP Finance (FI and CO) solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and participate in SAP Finance (FI/CO) change requests and implementation projects.
• Develop, challenge, and validate business cases and requirements for SAP Finance.
• Validate SAP Finance solutions for business needs and compliance standards.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), roll-out activities, and handover to operations.
• Resolve complex SAP Finance issues with global IT/finance teams and external vendors.
• Maintain SAP Finance documentation, process flows, and knowledge base articles.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO across configuration, implementation, and support.
• Experience with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance systems.
• Strong knowledge of cross-module finance integration ("value flows") across ERP modules like Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Strong project management skills, including methodologies and prioritization.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP technical solutions.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
