SAP-FICO-Senior Associate-Hyderabad

Overview

As a SAP FICO Senior Associate, you will support client-focused consulting work within Technology Consulting, helping clients improve financial processes through SAP finance solutions. You will contribute to SAP FI and CO design, implementation and support activities while analyzing complex situations, managing assigned workstreams, guiding junior team members and building client connections.

What you'll do

• Analyze client finance and controlling requirements to design SAP FICO solutions supporting financial reporting, taxation and operational efficiency.
• Configure core SAP FI and CO functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, internal orders, profit center accounting and product costing.
• Support end-to-end SAP implementation workstreams across ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments from assessment through deployment.
• Integrate SAP FICO processes with Trintech, RAR, Central Finance, Coupa, Ariba, and business areas including SD, MM, PS, HR, PP and PM.
• Prepare solution designs, functional specifications, test scenarios and project deliverables aligned with client objectives and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, clarify process gaps and translate business needs into workable system configurations.
• Validate compliance with financial accounting, management controlling, taxation and regulatory requirements throughout project activities.
• Mentor associates and contribute to team technical development while maintaining strong internal relationships and personal brand growth.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems.
• One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• 4 to 5 years in SAP FI-CO implementations.
• SAP FI, CO and S/4HANA configuration knowledge.
• Experience integrating Trintech, RAR, CFIN, Coupa or Ariba.
• Experience building client relationships while mentoring junior team members.
