SAP Integration Manager

Overview

Integration Manager (SAP) responsible for end-to-end leadership and ownership of SAP integration capabilities across enterprise systems.

What you'll do

• Own daily operations of SAP integration services/interfaces, including health, performance, and stability.
• Define and maintain monitoring/observability standards such as dashboards, alerts, thresholds, and operational metrics.
• Lead incident management for integration outages and degraded service, including triage, escalation, RCA, and recovery actions.
• Drive problem management using CAPA to eliminate repeat incidents and reduce operational risk.
• Ensure integrations follow operationally sound practices and maintain relevant run documentation.
• Oversee SLA/OLAs and ensure operational KPIs are met.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in SAP environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project or delivery management.
• Experience supporting SAP integrations in production run/support capacity.
• Strong incident/problem management skills, including RCA and CAPA execution.
• Experience using monitoring tools, logs/trace inspection, and structured troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
