Overview
SAP QM Consultant (Solution specialist) to design, develop, and support SAP Quality Management solutions that enable quality processes for global manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Support SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions for quality processes across global manufacturing operations.
- Partner with quality business process experts to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead functional analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and support for SAP QM enhancements and projects.
- Address application issues for inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications, quality reporting, and batch-related quality management.
- Analyze and resolve application, process, data, and integration issues using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, testing strategies, support procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Monitor interfaces between SAP QM solutions and integrated applications to ensure reliable data flow.
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree in an IT discipline preferred or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing quality management processes and end-to-end quality execution in global manufacturing.
- Proven experience supporting SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions in production support and delivery environments.
- Deep understanding of inspection processing, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications, batch quality management, and quality reporting concepts.
- Experience with incident management, testing, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and deployment activities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution designs for scalable enhancements.
