SAP – RAR – Manager

Overview

Lead client service work on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) solutions within PwC's Acceleration Center India, covering requirements, design, configuration, implementation, and team coaching.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP RAR workstreams across requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, and implementation
• Manage client-facing project activities, timelines, and deliverables for revenue accounting transformation efforts
• Coordinate SAP RAR data migration, source data extraction, and transformation into target solution designs
• Configure revenue accounting engine settings, including RAI class setup, interface components, and source item types
• Develop functional specifications for ABAP enhancements and validate solution behavior through testing cycles
• Oversee integration design and configuration across SAP RAR, SAP SD, BRIM, and S/4HANA environments
• Guide test planning, test script development, functional testing, and UAT preparation activities
• Review revenue recognition setup for time-based and event-based fulfillment scenarios
• Interpret IFRS 15 accounting requirements and translate them into SAP RAR process and reporting designs
• Coach team members, review deliverables, and support problem solving across complex implementation issues

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
• Leading SAP RAR implementations and data migration across client programs
• Configuring SAP RAR integrations with SAP SD and BRIM landscapes
• Designing revenue recognition models for time-based and event-based fulfillment
• Developing functional specifications and guiding ABAP customizations
• Handling blueprinting, testing, and UAT activities across SAP workstreams
