SAP SD IT Analyst

Overview

Design, develop, and support SAP Sales & Distribution solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. Work with business process teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to deliver application objects and resolve issues.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.
• Work closely with business process teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to design and build objects that meet requirements.
• Document detailed designs.
• Build, test, and implement application objects.
• Assist with issue resolution.
• Help ensure functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision.
• Use established procedures and practices to analyze and resolve standard problems.
• Use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.

What you'll need

• Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC, with a focus in Sales & Distribution (SD) configuration and processes.
• Experience with design and configuration of SAP ERP (SD module), and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology platforms.
• Experience with order to cash and customer service business processes, including order management and case management.
• Experience with system integrations, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues.

Nice to have

• SAP S4 HANA is good to have.
