  • Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement within a data-driven and AI-centric environment.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to support backlog prioritization, refinement, and clarity of user stories, including data requirements, model objectives, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, track, and proactively remove impediments related to data dependencies, data quality issues, infrastructure constraints, and model lifecycle challenges.
  • Promote transparency by tracking and communicating Agile metrics such as velocity, model delivery cycles, data pipeline readiness, and sprint progress.
  • Support Agile planning and execution while ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance, AI standards, and delivery frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication plans, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders on data initiatives, analytics outcomes, and AI model progress.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration across data engineering, data science, analytics, and platform teams to manage dependencies and shared risks.

  • Mentor and support less-experienced Scrum Masters or team members within the Data & AI CoE.
  • Escalate risks, impediments, or delivery concerns related to data availability, model performance, or platform constraints to leadership when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Business Conduct, data governance policies, AI ethics guidelines, and all applicable company procedures and regulations.
  • Assist with additional Data & AI initiatives and CoE-related duties as assigned.

What you'll need
