Securities Operations Associate-Account and Data Maintenance

Overview

As a Securities Operations Associate, you’ll support low complexity lifecycle and production tasks in Securities Operations. You’ll help resolve trade-environment issues within defined parameters and assist with continuous process improvements.

What you'll do

• Support low complexity lifecycle maintenance and operational deliverables.
• Review basic or tactical issues and related policies/procedures with quick answers.
• Resolve low complexity escalated issues within the scope of responsibility.
• Build operational process expertise across multiple securities and account functions.
• Gather, review, and analyze data to support resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor daily securities and cash-related production work.
• Contribute to projects and implementation of new or revised processes across operations teams.

What you'll need

• 6+ months of Securities Operations experience (or equivalent via work, training, military experience, or education).
