Security Officer

About the role

AS Infotech is hiring a CCTV Surveillance Executive to join our operations team in Mohali. You'll be the eyes and ears of our security infrastructure, monitoring live feeds, identifying threats, and responding swiftly to incidents. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone detail-oriented and committed to maintaining safety and security.

What you'll do

• Monitor CCTV camera feeds continuously and identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or potential security threats
• Prepare detailed incident reports documenting all observations, timelines, and actions taken during security events
• Maintain accurate records of surveillance logs, incidents, and daily operations in compliance with company protocols
• Coordinate with the operations team during live incidents, providing real-time information and following escalation procedures
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and security protocols to ensure consistent, professional surveillance coverage

What we're looking for

• Fresher or entry-level candidate with willingness to learn and grow in security operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during extended monitoring periods
• Clear communication skills to report incidents and coordinate with team members effectively
• Reliability and commitment to working from our Mohali office location on a full-time basis

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to security systems or surveillance technology
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital record-keeping systems
• Interest in pursuing security certifications or advanced training
