Overview
Security Program Manager responsible for driving multiple security technical programs, ensuring engineering continues on a path of success, and enabling engineering to own security.
What you'll do
- Own and drive the Vulnerability Management Program across business units.
- Prioritize, communicate, and promote a security ownership culture for vulnerability issues.
- Leverage metrics and conduct program reviews to improve transparency and accountability.
- Provide expert leadership for highly visible, multi-faceted projects and cross-team coordination.
- Collaborate with software engineers, engineering leaders, product managers, and other teams across geographies.
- Build and improve project management tools and ongoing practices, mentoring the team on best practices.
- Support organizational tasks including calendar management and vendor coordination for TISO and CI&SO.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
- 2+ years exposure to security, SRE, or software engineering (preferred exposure to security).
- Understand IT concepts such as web applications and servers.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-department liaison.

- Work-from-home 100% of the time.
- Stationary position required 50% of the time.
- May need to carry/move a laptop as needed during the work day.
