Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Overview

Own and scale QuillBot’s affiliate growth program across a network of 2,000+ partners. Drive partner recruitment, program operations, performance optimization, and revenue growth as a senior individual contributor.

What you'll do

• Develop affiliate marketing strategies for partner recruitment, activation, and revenue growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, contracts, commissions, and incentives.
• Manage tracking codes, promotional offers, payment reconciliation, and partner support.
• Analyze conversion quality, revenue, CAC, LTV, and fraud indicators across partner segments.
• Manage commission spend and recommend budget reallocations based on ROI.
• Design and analyze tests for incentives, offers, audience segments, and campaign mechanics.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Legal on tracking, attribution, fraud detection, and compliance.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience.
• Experience scaling affiliate partner networks and managing partner performance.
• Hands-on experience with Impact, PartnerStack, or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of attribution, fraud detection, and quality-control concepts.
• Experience making data-based commission and budget recommendations.
• Experience with international affiliate partners and structured testing.
