Senior Analyst AML TA

Overview

Senior Analyst for Investor AML activities, focusing on transaction monitoring, investor documentation reviews, and supporting AML processes for Ireland & UK.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of transaction monitoring and screening alerts work.
• Conduct periodic investor documentation reviews and manage investor transitions in/out of Northern Trust.
• Review investor documentation during trigger events or periodic reviews per AML processes and procedures.
• Identify investor due diligence documentation needing updates and escalate material issues to the Investor AML Department.
• Provide support services for Ireland & UK Investor AML processes and procedures and send periodic updates.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure queries are handled efficiently and maintain working relationships with Ireland partners.
• Support audit, risk, and compliance standards for Investor AML teams in Bangalore and Pune as processes change.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years overall experience.
• Accuracy and attention to detail for quality delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Effective risk management.
• Ability to research and understand issues to deliver solutions with line management agreement.
• Some knowledge of the global Investor AML regulatory environment.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications related to the role.
