Senior Analyst - Forecasting

Overview

Senior Analyst - Forecasting will build and maintain demand and patient outlook forecast models that support planning and decision-making for pharmaceutical brands and early assets.

What you'll do

• Deliver timely demand forecasts for key markets and brands, documenting assumptions and confidence.
• Build and maintain product-specific short- and long-term forecast models, including patient-based models.
• Integrate primary research and secondary data into forecast assumptions and run sensitivity analyses.
• Align forecast assumptions with cross-functional stakeholders and defend methodology and outputs.
• Develop short- and long-term volume forecasts for new launches.
• For US forecasting, participate in monthly S&OP and develop weekly, monthly, and annual models and conversions.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of direct pharmaceutical forecasting experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques, models, and approaches.
• Experience integrating market study and existing data analysis into forecast assumptions.
• Experience using pharmaceutical industry data sources and analytics (e.g., IQVIA and claims data such as Truven/Marketscan).
• Strong analytical expertise with excellent Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
