Senior Analyst role in Insurance Operations at Marsh McLennan, responsible for timely and accurate processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation.
• Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation (customer awareness).
• Strengthen established relationships.
• Adhere to Company policies and performance standards.
• Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.

Details

• Location: Pune - Business Bay.
• Work mode: hybrid. Colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week, with at least one team anchor day per week for office-based teams.
