Senior Analyst, Research

Overview

Senior Analyst in the JLL Research & Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS) team, producing market research, insights, client decks and dashboards for JLL's business lines.

What you'll do

• Create insights, client decks, business support and key research inputs.
• Implement new research thought leadership pieces and create business support and client presentations in dynamic formats.
• Build dashboards and implement tech tools and AI tools in research outputs.
• Provide client research including thematic reports, predictive analytics, forward-looking trends and market insights for key business lines.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to support assignment-based and ad-hoc research queries.
• Track key market trends, policy announcements, and client and competitor intelligence.
• Work with large datasets, create new research pieces and work on existing databases and new ones.
• Extract information from public data sources on macroeconomic trends, industry developments, company financial information and competitor landscape.
• Perform data cleaning, preparation, interpretation and analysis using statistical techniques and tools in Excel, internal CRM database and other data management systems.
• Collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout and design.
• Work closely with the Research leadership team and reporting manager, interacting with relevant internal business lines.

What you'll need

• Degree / Diploma or relevant educational background in Real Estate (Planning or Architecture), Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience.
• Great hand in Excel and other software including GIS tools and AI tools.
• Excellence in writing reports and creating dashboards.
• Analytical ability to work with large datasets.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to new data software and AI and tech tools.
