Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM

Overview

Own the GTM data roadmap and build reliable analytics products, pipelines, models, and dashboards for sales and growth metrics. Partner with GTM stakeholders to establish trusted data and enable AI-powered business data queries.

What you'll do

• Drive the GTM data roadmap for scalable data products.
• Build and maintain pipelines and marts for headcount, quota attainment, and pipeline metrics.
• Build dashboards that track core performance metrics.
• Train GTM analysts on datasets and data tools.
• Write documentation and tutorials.
• Build semantic models and run evaluations for AI data tools.
• Communicate metrics and definitions through specifications, dashboards, and presentations.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Deep expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design.
• Expert SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce data models and other GTM systems.
• Experience with dbt and Git.
• Experience working with sales, sales operations, sales compensation, and finance teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Hex.

• Remote role in Canada.
• Compensation: CAD 156,000–205,000.
