Senior Application Engineer

Overview

Senior Application Engineer role focused on administering and providing Level 3 support for the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including collaboration and client app configuration.

What you'll do

• Administer M365 collaboration services and provide day-to-day Level 3 support for the M365 suite.
• Manage L3 escalations and participate in incident/major incident resolution including root cause analysis and problem reports within SLAs.
• Monitor M365 service and app health/performance and coordinate outage tracking with vendors to meet vendor SLAs and user communications.
• Create monitoring, reporting, and automation tools using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripts where appropriate.
• Implement M365 feature updates and ensure adherence to team/department policies and technical change management procedures.
• Conduct security assessments and implement measures to protect users and data.

What you'll need

• B. Tech in Information Systems/Computer Science/IT or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years administering and supporting an M365 tenant for a large global workforce.
• Configuration and support of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Configuration and support of Exchange Online.
• Configuration and support of Power Platform.
• Knowledge of secure protocols and compliance standards.
