Overview

What you'll do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve high-priority incidents in live environments to meet uptime SLA/SLO goals.
• Analyze application logs, trace performance bottlenecks, and optimize reliability of core business services.
• Query, optimize, and debug relational databases to maintain data integrity and improve speed.
• Provision, scale, and manage infrastructure components on enterprise cloud platforms using infrastructure-as-code.
• Perform post-mortem failure analysis to build self-healing tools and reduce repetitive operational work.

What you'll need

• Proven track record managing high-availability environments and handling on-call incident response.
• Expert ability to triage complex multi-tier applications and perform root-cause analysis.
• Strong capability writing advanced SQL queries for troubleshooting data layers and performance issues.
• Hands-on proficiency deploying, monitoring, and scaling core services in enterprise cloud environments.
• Passion for writing scripts and tools to eliminate manual work and reduce operational toil.
