Overview

Senior Applied Value Engineer focused on translating customer objectives into value assessments/proof-of-value projects and delivering measurable business impact using Celonis process intelligence and AI technologies.

What you'll do

• Translate customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects.
• Build Celonis business cases and demos.
• Run value workshops and engage senior stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement using Celonis.
• Lead end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
• Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
• Experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Hands-on SQL experience and Python preferred.
• Hands-on experience with process mining tools and technologies is preferred.
• Experience identifying business use cases for process improvement and realizing value as a change agent and user/process owner trainer.
• Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
