Senior Area Manager - Channel Sales - Building

Overview

Senior Area Manager to drive channel sales and solution selling by influencing stakeholders across the decision chain and converting leads into tenders and sales.

What you'll do

• Identify sales opportunities for selling full solutions by convincing stakeholders in the decision chain.
• Convert the opportunity pipeline into a solution sell and integrate one or several systems.
• When selling via distribution, liaise with the distribution sales team to convert opportunities into sales.
• Participate in tenders, negotiate, and win based on early specification and decision-chain influence.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior customer decision makers and influencers.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of a support, production or operations team and set team priorities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree as the educational qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
• Ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language.
