Overview
Senior Associate in PMO for Enterprise Apps SAP Advisory, focused on SAP SuccessFactors implementations and related project management activities.
What you'll do
- Engage in SAP SuccessFactors opportunities and assess customer functional and technical readiness to move to SuccessFactors and the cloud.
- Act as primary client contact throughout the implementation project.
- Conduct scoping workshops, validate effort estimates and implementation timelines, and create baseline project plans.
- Plan and allocate resources with the resource team and follow SAP Activate methodology and project streams to implement projects.
- Set up and manage project reporting including weekly status reports, budget/burn rates, issue tracker, and risk register.
- Guide change management, training, and testing; handle escalations and resolve issues.
- Support project kickoff and meetings; coordinate cross-module leads and ensure document management using SAP Jam.
What you'll need
- Have minimum 2–3 end-to-end project management experience.
- Have experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
- Understand SAP SuccessFactors.
- Have knowledge of SAP Activate methodology (required as “preferred”).
- Have good knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools.
- Have 6+ years of experience.
- Hold an engineering or business degree: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA; listed as required Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Business Administration.
