Senior Associate role for an experienced Python developer focused on digital/data integration and advisory work.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable backend applications.
• Deliver high-performance APIs using Flask and Django.
• Architect and implement distributed, scalable microservices using Temporal workflows.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and production incidents.
• Follow agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x.
• Experience with migrating legacy enterprise apps to microservice architecture with data migration.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure smooth coordination.
• Experience integrating databases (e.g., Cosmos DB) and message queues (e.g., Kafka, event hub).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
